Ms. Premsrirut is a practicing attorney and owner at the association of law firms, Brown Brown & Premsrirut, servicing both litigation and transactional clients in primarily corporate structure and governance, various business and real estate matters, but residential and commercial transactions. Over the last nearly two decades she’s garnered clientele in restaurant and nightlife operations serving such clients as Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club, Senor Frogs, Pure Management Group, Sugar Factory, Sapphires Gentlemen’s Club, Cabo Wabo, and numerous others. Ms. Premsrirut also represents clients in the Nevada cannabis space including Nuleaf, Green Therapeutics and other key principals in the industry. She has also represented multiple physicians, medical practices, and key executives in the hotel & casino industry. Ms. Premsrirut practices securities law with a narrow focus in representing exempt offerings for numerous businesses in Southern Nevada, including many projects located in the redeveloped downtown Las Vegas area such as Commonwealth, Park on Fremont, MTO and Banger Brewing.
In addition to her law practice, Ms. Premsrirut is a partner in several successful Las Vegas restaurants including Le Thai, Bocho Downtown Sush and Vesta Coffee Roasters.
Ms. Premsrirut holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Santa Barbara. Admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1999, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law, where she was the recipient of the Minoru Yasui Memorial Law Scholarship.
Ms. Premsrirut has served on charitable and educational boards for local and regional organizations, including the Asian Chamber of Commerce, the Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Children Foundation. Since 2013, she has served as commissioner of the Colorado River Commission of Nevada and as Chairwoman for the last several years. She currently lives in Nevada with her family.
